The FTC protects consumers by stopping unfair, deceptive or fraudulent practices in the marketplace in financial transactions including purchasing homes and getting a mortgage.The FTC conducts investigations and sues companies and people that violate the law.

Wasn’t this supposed to be more simple and less confusing?

What we did was to seemingly replace the FTC and CFPB with the CFPB and FFETF…more alphabet soup…but the FTC is still involved! W-T-F (Wednesday-Thursday-Friday)!
